He is also a Certified Training from the back of the room Trainer (TBR). TBR is a brain-based, globally-acclaimed, interactive, skills-building training concept. He uses a mix of TBR, traditional and online training techniques so these practices are used to ensure that students are absorbing the information he presents, at their own pace. The human brain learns in many different ways, and therefore a training mode must fit the purpose and desired outcome.

Raj lives in Pennsylvania with his wife and three kids. He uses Scrum at home and is constantly teaching his family how to apply it in their everyday lives.
