• Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve a seat.

• Payment methods are detailed on the Site and processed securely via trusted third parties.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if canceled 10 or more days prior to the training date (minus 4% transaction fee).

• 50% refund if canceled 5–9 days prior to the training.

• No refund if canceled within 5 days of the training.

• Requests for rescheduling must be received at least 4 days before the training.
